We stand by our work and love that you trust our frames for your photos and artwork. If you're not happy with your order we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If you unpack your order and notice frames are damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the issue. We will request photos of damaged frames and packaging for us to figure out what went wrong and how best to fix it.
If you order a frame the incorrect size, we can accomodate within reason but we are unable to provide a full refund due to every frame being made-to-order and not resellable. We can provide 30% of the value of the frame in store credit to supplement a replacement order, and in some cases we can cut a new mat-board to the correct artwork size.
