How to frame a puzzle
Preserve your hard work and turn your jigsaw into a display-worthy piece of art.
One — Glue
To keep your puzzle intact for framing, you’ll need to glue it together. We recommend using Mod Podge Puzzle Glue — it’s widely available and dries clear with a smooth finish.
Apply a thin, even coat across the front of the puzzle using a soft brush or sponge. Make sure it reaches the cracks between the pieces. Let it dry completely before moving on.
Two — Measure
Once the glue is fully dry, measure the full width and height of your puzzle — edge to edge.
Enter those dimensions into our Custom Frame builder to get the perfect fit. We’ll make a frame to match your puzzle exactly, no guesswork needed.
Note: At this time we can only frame puzzles without a mat border. Please ensure you select the 'no mat' option.
Three — Hang
We’ll custom-build your frame and send it to your door, ready to go. Just place your glued puzzle inside like you would with any artwork, close it up, and hang it on the wall.
Every Framefox frame comes with easy-to-follow instructions.
