Order Deadlines

All Framefox pieces are custom made to order in our Melbourne workshop, so we factor in production time as well as standard courier timeframes when setting these deadlines.

They are the absolute last dates we recommend ordering by to give your order the best chance of arriving on time. These do not allow for courier delays, so we strongly recommend ordering early rather than waiting until the last minute. Exact arrival dates can’t be guaranteed.

ACT Metro: Order by Wednesday 22 April for dispatch on/or before Monday 4 May.
ACT Rural*: Order by Monday 20 April for dispatch on/or before Thursday 30 April.

NSW Metro: Order by Wednesday 22 April for dispatch on/or before Monday 4 May.
NSW Rural*: Order by Monday 20 April for dispatch on/or before Thursday 30 April.

VIC Metro: Order by Wednesday 22 April for dispatch on/or before Monday 4 May.

We’ll still make sure your order is dispatched promptly, but our Valentine's Day order deadlines have now passed.

If you just can't decide, or the cut off for your area has passed, our Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email and can be sent immediately or on any date you choose (in the future of course! 😅).
