We’ll still make sure your order is dispatched promptly, but our Christmas delivery cut-offs have now passed. With courier networks already under pressure, we don’t expect new orders to arrive before Christmas.

Sent by email, our Digital Gift Cards can be delivered immediately or on any date you choose.
Summer holiday schedule
During the Christmas and New Year period, our customer service team will be available at reduced capacity, and the workshop will operate on a limited schedule.
Orders placed during this time will be dispatched within 8 working days, taking public holidays into account.
Our team will return to normal office hours and regular operations from Monday 12th January.
